Ron is an institution in the show management industry in Winnipeg. He is the owner of Ready Event Marketing and the creator of the Autumn Home Show. In 2009 Ron became the Parade Manager of the Winnipeg Santa Claus Parade producing the very successful 100th Anniversary edition of this Winnipeg tradition.
